What Coaching is Not

There is a difference between coaching and counseling, therapy, and advising.

Coaching is a structured interaction in which the conversation focuses around the client and moves toward creating achievable, measurable outcomes.

The coach is supportive, encouraging, and provides helpful resources while the client is the expert on their own choices and making the changes happen

Why should I care?

Amidst the pressures and complexities of daily life, we often experience overwhelm, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief and loss, or other emotional difficulties.

It can be so frustrating and exhausting feeling stuck and as if you can’t find a way through on your own.

If you are interested in living a life that you truly want, a life that expresses your uniqueness and individuality, then this type of coaching is for you

My job is to facilitate this process of discovery which produces its own unique, and new, and life changing forward steps.

What’s in it for me?

You will define what you want and determine what it is your deeply and truly want to create. Then, together we will look at where you are and what it will take to implement changes towards the desired outcomes.

By looking at a client’s personal sources of motivation coaching can help them tap into their own creative resources and lead to making changes.

Individual coaching can help a client to identify the changes he or she want to make, as well as can identify and uncover constraints, obstacles and barriers.
